The 8-day Ilam Mai Pokhari tour begins with your arrival at the historical Kathmandu city. You’ll embark on a scenic drive 526.7 km east of Kathmandu to the Kanyam Tea Garden of Ilam. A 17-22hr ride will take you all the way to Ilam via cities like Damak and Birtamod. Once at Ilam, you’ll indulge in a fun-filled tour of the neighboring Antu Danda followed by a visit to the religious site of Mai Pokhari. The Antu Danda has a watchtower from where the morning sunrise and evening sunset can be easily observed.
