Paragliding in Pokhara Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Drive from the hotel to Sarangkot for Paragliding

Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Pokhara in the morning. A scenic 30–40 minute drive (12 km) takes you up to Sarangkot Hill (1,600 m), one of the world’s most famous paragliding launch sites. From here, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Phewa Lake and the Annapurna mountain range.

After a short safety briefing from certified tandem instructors, you will take off from Sarangkot for an unforgettable 20–30 minute paragliding flight. Glide above Pokhara Valley, enjoying spectacular aerial views of lakes, forests, and the Himalayas before landing safely near Lakeside by Phewa Lake (800 m).

Following the flight, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Pokhara. The rest of the day is free to relax by the lake or explore the lively Lakeside area.
